Okay so this has totally changed how I interact with my students. I am communicating with them more outside of class about the content of the class rather than scheduling and informational questions. I believe this is because I am able to update directly and they know that I am only using blackboard for class administration ( not email, not hardcopies) – before I had to do a bit of both. Thank you!

Instructor was superb. It was obvious that she had already gotten comfortable with gmail/calendar and so could answer folks questions or offer suggestions. My past computer training experiences (not here) was mainly folks reading off the screen but if you asked a question, they often didn’t know what you were talking about. I will keep coming back for more training.

Jennifer is very good at reining in difficult questions and in giving explanations. My computer was having difficulties and Jennifer immediately (while doing 50,000 other things) — along with Emily — took care of the problems and got me set up on another computer.
