I am a creative and adaptable project manager, with analysis skills and expertise developing resources as well as training materials to meet the requirements of a wide variety of projects. I am experienced in defining the technical needs of projects, and designing, creating, or adapting resources to meet those needs efficiently and effectively.

I have managed full time and student staff to create a productive and responsive institutional-level IT support team. Building this team from the ground up included the development of technical documentation for troubleshooting, creation and documentation of workflow processes, development of training and evaluation protocols for institutional technology resources. I have developed both scientific content and technological training resources in formats ranging from technical reports and informative online content to in-person training and field education.

My experience ranges across science and technology education, to data analysis and database support and development. My work has served a variety of populations of all technological skill levels, including military families, elementary school, high school, higher education, as well as adults in the workplace.
