Jennifer is very good at reining in difficult questions and in giving explanations. My computer was having difficulties and Jennifer immediately (while doing 50,000 other things) — along with Emily — took care of the problems and got me set up on another computer. Jennifer also geared the training to the applications that would help us most. Thank you!
